A Happy Shiny Uterus Is A Joy to all....er, at least to me!

Okay, so who'd have ever thought I'd blog about my repro. health? BUT, I'm sooooooo incredibly relieved and excited that I had to share (or OVER-share, such as the case may be!).

I've been dealing w/ some long-standing health problems for awhile and it's been concerning. Anyways, my lovely uterus and amazing ovaries received an A+ from my dr., thereby eliminating the really unpleasant thoughts that were pressing on the back of my mind.

Having never seen my uterus and ovaries up close and personal, I have to say that I was fascinated. I've seen ultrasound pics of friends, but they've always been baby related. Just the 'girl equipment' making a solo photo appearance is quite a bit different. I don't have the actual pic, but basically a health uterus looks like this (side view):

Quite an interesting, shiny little piece of equipment, eh?
