Supplements, Holidays, and more Exercise

With the holidays upon us, I hadn't been quite as fastidious about my diet, etc. I've continued working out, but haven't put as much emphasis on my diet. Which, may explain the five pounds that appeared in places it was most assuredly NOT invited!



Alas, all a girl can really do is sigh....and put a few less calories in during the day and schedule in a little more cardio , right? In the past I think I've gained five pounds a month for EVERY month of the winter season, so I'm not feeling too negative about the holiday gain. However, I'm defintely feeling highly motivated to keep a closer eye on my holiday eating and stick a little more vigilantly to the workout schedule. Also, I've recently been evaluating my supplements and decided to make some additions. I've added in a b-complex, b-12 and have been staying on top of taking probiotics. I love probiotics because they seem to help the immune system and right now everyone's sick. I seem to have (knock on wood) avoided the flu thus far, I'm hoping that trend continues!
